We’re building advanced automation for recruitment operations using ChatGPT, multi-agent workflows, and modern online tools. We’re looking for an
**AI Agent Developer Intern**
who is curious, fast-learning, and excited to experiment.
**What You Will Work On**
• Designing and building ChatGPT-based agents that support sourcing, screening, data extraction, and lead generation
• Creating automated workflows across recruitment tools, APIs, dashboards, and third-party platforms
•
**Identifying and evaluating new AI tools emerging in the recruitment ecosystem**
(sourcing automation, CV parsing, data enrichment, outreach tools, voicebots, workflow orchestration, etc.)
• Researching, integrating, and testing online software that can streamline or automate our internal processes
• Refining and optimizing agents for real-world usage, accuracy, speed, and ROI
• Bringing new ideas: how can LLMs automate entire recruitment processes end-to-end?
**What We’re Looking For**
• Students in computer science, AI, data science, or related fields
• Curiosity about LLMs, agents, API automation, and productivity tooling
• Analytical thinkers who enjoy solving problems independently
• Interest in researching the market for new AI recruitment tools and benchmarking them
• A mindset focused on building practical, working solutions
