Job Description
**За позицијата:**
Спроведува активности на влезна, меѓуфазна и завршна контрола на материјали, делови, склопови и производи.
**Главни одговорности**
**:**
- Контролата на квалитет ја врши според прописите од техничката документација и од плановите за контрола. При тоа користи стандардни и специјални мерни , контролни и испитни средства , дефинирани во документацијата и се грижи за нивната исправност.
- Контролата ја врши во текот на изработка на серијата или по нејзиното завршување, на своето работно место или по принципот на “пилот контрола”.
- По извршената контрола , деловите ги класифицира на добри, лоши и делови за доработка-поправка. Деловите за доработка ги означува со “ Пропратна карта за доработка-поправка”, шкарт- деловите ги става во посебно означен простор.
- Секојдневно прави записи за примената или одбиената количина на материјали , делови и производи и го предава на претпоставениот.
- Врши контрола на позиции од магацинот за полупроизводи и магацинот за готова стока, пред нивната испорака на купувачите, при тоа водејќи сметка и за начинот на пакување.
- Навремено информира за потреба од интерно или екстерно баждарење на мерниот и контролниот алат.
- Врши контрола на сертификатите добиени од добавувач
- Изработува декларации и документи за квалитет кон клиентот
- Евидентирање на неусогласености кон Добавувачи како и настанати трошоци за истите во WIM-S.
- Кога е потребно, учествува во платформите за QRQC - Production, QRQC - Supplier.
- Извршува и други работи кои ќе му бидат делегирани од директниот претпоставен.
**Квалификации:**
Минимални барања: Машински техничар или сродно.
Познавање на Македонски јазик – задолжително.
Предност – Сертификати за квалитет, ВТ, ПТ.

**Position Summary**
:
Conducts activities of incoming, in process and final control of materials, parts, assemblies and products.
**Major Responsibilities**
- Performs quality control in accordance with the regulations of the technical documentation and control plans. It uses standard and special measuring, control and test means, defined in the documentation and takes care of their correctness.
- Performs the control during the production of the series or after its completion, at his workplace or on the principle of "pilot control".
- After the inspection, the parts are classified into good, bad and parts for finishing-repair. The parts for finishing are marked with "Accompanying card for finishing-repair", the defective parts are placed in a specially marked space.
- Makes daily records of the application or rejected quantity of materials, parts and products and hands it over to the superior.
- Controls the positions of the warehouse for semi-finished products and the warehouse for finished goods, before their delivery to the customers, taking into account the way of packaging.
- Timely informs about the need for internal or external calibration of the measuring and control tools.
- Controls the certificates obtained from a supplier
- Prepares quality declarations and documents to the client.
- Recording of non-compliance with Suppliers as well as incurred costs for them in WIM-S.
- Participates in QRQC - Production, QRQC - Supplier platforms when needed.
- Performs other tasks that will be delegated to him by the direct superior.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Requirements:**
Mechanical technician or similar.
Macedonian language is a must.
