The Service Manager for Shared Services ensures the strategic development, management, and optimization of Shared Services offerings across Data Center Operations, IT infrastructure (PaaS), communication platforms, and end-user services.
She/He leads the creation and continuous improvement of the Shared Services catalog, focusing on innovation, cost efficiency, and service quality for both Quipu and its customers.
The role acts as a bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients to ensure that Shared Services are competitive, efficient, and aligned with organizational and market needs.
**What your key responsibilities will be:**
- Lead the development and management of a comprehensive service catalog for Shared Services, IT infrastructure (PaaS), communication platforms, and end-user solutions.
- Define and maintain cost models for all services, conducting regular cost reviews and driving cost optimization.
- Evaluate existing technologies, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend innovative, cost-effective solutions.
- Propose cutting-edge enhancements to services, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and aligned with client needs.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, implementing updates and new features to meet evolving market demands.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
**Skills and experience we expect from you:**
- Experience in a Product Owner, Client Services, or Project Management role, ideally with a focus on IT solutions.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and experience with research and development to identify new opportunities.
- Ability to translate client needs into actionable product strategies and features.
- Very good knowledge of English as well as confident in using modern workplace technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, resilience and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-industry stakeholders.
