***Harob & Co.***
is expanding its property network across Albania and is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Property Acquisition & Referral Partners.
This role is focused specifically on property acquisition. Your main responsibility is to identify apartments and properties for sale and introduce them to Harob & Co. Our team then manages the sales process, investor communication, marketing, negotiations, and closing.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
• Identify apartments and properties available for sale
• Source properties directly from
**owners, developers, and local networks**
• Develop and maintain relationships with property owners
• Identify off-market and exclusive property opportunities
• Collect accurate information regarding the property, asking price, location, and owner
• Present qualified property opportunities to the Harob & Co. team
• Maintain professional communication with property owners
• Continuously develop a network of property owners and local contacts
**QUALIFICATIONS**
• Must currently live in Albania. Applications from candidates currently living abroad will not be considered
• Must speak Albanian and English at a high level
• Must understand the Albanian real estate market
• Have, or be willing to obtain, a real estate license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and confident when communicating with property owners and clients
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
• Ability to work independently and develop your own network
• Previous experience in real estate, sales, business development, or property sourcing is an advantage
• Must be available to come to our office for property showings, client meetings, and team meetings when required
**COMPENSATION**
This is a performance based referral partnership with no fixed salary.
Our partners receive one of the highest commission opportunities available in the market for successful property opportunities introduced to Harob & Co. and completed through our network.
There is
**no limit on the number of properties or deals you can source per month**
. Your earning potential is directly connected to the number and quality of successful property opportunities you bring to the company.
