We're looking for an organized, creative, and proactive
**Event Planning & Marketing Intern**
to help bring our upcoming AI Builder Hackathon in Tirana to life, alongside other entrepreneurial and university initiatives.
**Who We Are Looking For**
**You love bringing ideas to life, enjoy organizing events, and have a creative eye for digital content. You're comfortable managing details, communicating with people, and making sure everything comes together.**
**This role is perfect for someone who:**
- Is a
**native speaker of both English and Albanian (required)**
- **Is a current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, Events, Hospitality, or a related field**
- **Has at least 1 year of professional experience in a for-profit organization**
- **Is highly organized and comfortable managing timelines, budgets, and event logistics**
- **Communicates confidently with venues, suppliers, and partners**
- **Has a creative eye and enjoys social media and content creation**
- **Has experience with Canva, Figma, Adobe tools, or similar platforms**
- **Is interested in using AI tools for design, content creation, and planning**
- **Is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working independently**
**What You Will Do**
- Support planning and coordination of our AI Builder Hackathon and potential university workshops
- Research venues, suppliers, and catering options and help manage event budgets
- Coordinate registrations, guest lists, schedules, and participant communication
- Assist with event setup, logistics, and on-site coordination
- Create social media graphics, event announcements, and promotional materials
- Write engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, invitations, and event pages
- Use AI tools to develop creative visuals and marketing content
- Support event promotion, participant engagement, and post-event recaps
- Contribute to other Egnatia Ventures marketing and event initiatives when needed
**What You Will Learn**

- On-site Tirana, Albania
- Contract-based, part-time (80 hours per month)
- 3-month internship starting November 2026
- $250 monthly stipend
