Are you passionate about solving complex business challenges and driving impactful change? We are seeking a **Consultant** in **Albania** to join our advisory team, where you will have the opportunity to work across diverse sectors and practices.

### You will:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement consulting projects effectively;
- Assist in preparing technical proposals to respond to requests for proposals and expressions of interest for public tenders;
- Conduct industry, competitor, and client-related research to provide actionable insights;
- Track donor-funded projects in Albania;
- Develop training materials and presentations for clients;
- Coordinate with other consultants to ensure project delivery within timelines and budgets;
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and address inquiries;

- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, recommending improvements where needed.

### Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business, economics, finance, or social sciences (Master’s degree is a plus);
- Proven experience in writing and/or implementing projects;
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts;
- Excellent organizational skills to track progress and manage multiple projects;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment;
- Fluency in English and Albanian (additional languages are a plus);
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations;
- Critical thinking skills to identify challenges and propose solutions;
- Prior experience in a consulting company is considered a plus;
- Self-motivation and commitment to exceeding expectations;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word);
- Experience working on climate and infrastructure-related projects will be considered a strong advantage.

This position is offered under a B2B contract, with a competitive hourly rate determined by the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
