## Tasks
* Design and develop solutions for data-intensive and AI applications, including LLM-based and agentic systems.
* Build and optimize EL(T) pipelines that feed analytical, machine learning, and generative AI workflows.
* Work on data extraction, transformation, integration, and storage.
* Productionize AI models and agents with MLOps practices: CI/CD, monitoring, and evaluation.
* Use your software engineering expertise to deliver clean, extensible, and scalable solutions.
* Mentor the team to develop professionally.
* Work in cross-functional teams with our clients and stakeholders to design and implement state-of-the-art solutions.
* Share ideas and discuss approaches in an environment where your opinion has a direct impact.
* Work independently, using your conceptual and creative skills.
## Requirements
### Must have:
* 3+ years of experience working professionally with Python or other programming languages, and SQL.
* 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering, AI Engineering, or similar positions.
* Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
* Experience with data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
* Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
* Understanding of distributed systems.
* Hands-on experience building with LLMs (APIs, prompting, RAG).
* Motivated and fast learner.
* Development experience with Agile methodologies.
* Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent English communication skills.
### Nice to have:
* Experience with stream processing (Kafka, Spark Streaming, Flink).
* Experience with orchestration tools such as Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster.
* Experience with AI agent frameworks and tooling (e.g., MCP, LangChain, PydanticAI, Langfuse).
* Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform or CDK).
* Knowledge of open table formats such as Apache Iceberg or Delta Lake.
* Related certifications (e.g., AWS).
