**Project Manager Digital Battery Passport Implementation**
**About Minespider**
Minespider is a leading provider of supply-chain traceability solutions, specialising in Digital Product Passports (DPPs) and Digital Battery Passports (DBPs). Our platform enables companies to securely share supply chain and product data, improve transparency and support their regulatory and sustainability objectives.
We collaborate with global companies including Ford Otosan, Renault Group, ABB, Minsur, Tata Elxsi and TEMSA, helping them to enable more responsible sourcing, make more-informed decisions and create data-driven innovation across industries.
Our DBP and DPP solutions are already used in live enterprise environments across Europe and internationally. As the EU Battery Regulation (EUBR) and Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR) move from legislative frameworks towards operational implementation, we are strengthening our Project Management & Customer Success team to ensure that our platform and services continue to evolve in line with emerging regulatory and technical requirements.
**About the Role**
Minespider is expanding its Project Management and Customer Success Team, which supports the implementation and deployment of Digital Battery Passports (DBP) across our client base.
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the implementation of Digital Battery Passport projects and ensure the continued success of assigned client accounts. As part of this team, you would manage projects from onboarding and requirements assessment through data mapping, platform configuration, testing, deployment and operational handover. After implementation, you will remain involved in the client relationship, helping customers adopt the platform, manage evolving requirements and identify opportunities for further use.
This is a client-facing role that combines project delivery, account coordination and customer success. You will work closely with clients and with Minespider’s Product, Technical and Sales teams. You will also collect implementation feedback and translate it into clear improvement requests, but you will not be responsible for owning the full product roadmap.
We do not expect you to act as legal counsel or a battery engineer. However, you should be comfortable working with regulatory and technical requirements, identifying when specialist input is required and translating complex topics into clear project actions.
**Your Impact**
- Lead Digital Battery Passport projects from kick-off through implementation and operational handover after your initial onboarding.
- Translate agreed regulatory, technical and business requirements into structured project plans.
- Help clients establish practical processes for creating, maintaining and updating battery passports.
- Build trusted client relationships and support effective platform adoption after implementation.
- Coordinate dependencies between clients, suppliers and Minespider’s internal teams.
- Identify delivery risks, missing information and regulatory or technical dependencies at an early stage.
- Bring client feedback into product and service improvement discussions.
- Support the transition of successful pilots into operational deployments and longer-term accounts.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage Digital Battery Passport projects from onboarding through to operational handover, covering timelines, deliverables, risks and next steps.
- Lead client meetings, workshops and project reviews, and coordinate dependencies across clients, suppliers and internal teams.
- Coordinate the assessment of client data against applicable Battery Passport requirements, identify gaps and recommend next steps.
- Support passport creation, answer platform questions and prepare clients for upcoming Battery Passport requirements.
- Build trusted client relationships: guide clients through implementation and training, monitor adoption and satisfaction, and spot opportunities to expand their use of the platform.
- Follow EU Battery Regulation and standards developments, explain what changes for clients and internal teams, and turn new requirements into practical project actions with specialist input where needed.
**What We Are Looking For**
- Three or more years in project management, account management, customer success, implementation consulting or a comparable client-facing role.
- Experience delivering B2B technology, compliance, sustainability or supply-chain projects.
- A track record of translating client, regulatory or business requirements into operational project activities.
- Strong client-facing, stakeholder-management and written communication skills, with professional fluency in English.
- Ability to run several accounts, projects and dependencies at once.
- **Nice to have:**
Digital Battery Passport implementation or battery supply-chain traceability, product compliance or lifecycle data management, Battery Management Systems and dynamic battery data, data mapping, API integrations or enterprise software implementation.
**What We Offer**
- A central role in implementing Digital Battery Passport projects for international clients. Direct collaboration with Minespider’s Product, Technical and Sales teams.
- Exposure to battery manufacturers, OEMs, energy-storage companies and complex supply chains.
- The opportunity to influence implementation methods and contribute practical feedback to platform development and new evolving requirements.
- A flexible remote working environment with international exposure and occasional travel.
- Meaningful work at the intersection of batteries, regulation, sustainability and enterprise technology.
**Location:**
EU remote (North Macedonia preferred)
