**Graphic Designer**
**Tribal Worldwide Albania | Tirana | Full-time | On-site**
**Tribal Worldwide Albania (TWWA) is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer with strong visual craft, attention to detail and the ability to carry an approved creative direction across different formats.**
**We welcome mid-level and senior designers with at least five years of relevant experience. Your work will cover social content, campaign adaptations, event graphics, branding, print and digital advertising.**
**You will report to the Senior Art Director for day-to-day briefs, feedback and approvals, under the Creative Director’s overall direction.**
**AI is part of the role, supporting research, concept exploration, image generation, editing and video. Experience with OpenAI image generation, Nano Banana or comparable workflows is welcome. Strong designers who are actively building their AI skills are also encouraged to apply.**
**You will:**
- Design social content and digital advertising for the required platforms and formats.
- Adapt campaigns while preserving their visual identity, hierarchy and creative intent.
- Create event graphics, branding applications, print layouts and production artwork.
- Develop original visual concepts when directed by the Creative Director.
- Incorporate feedback carefully, check final artwork and maintain organised, editable files.
- Manage assigned deadlines and flag missing information or delivery risks early.
- Communicate with clients on technical matters when requested and authorised.
We are looking for:
- At least five years of relevant professional design experience. Agency experience is essential.
- A strong portfolio showing relevant work and your individual contribution.
- Professional command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Strong typography, composition, layout and attention to detail.
- The ability to follow creative direction and deliver accurate, consistent adaptations.
- Native-level Albanian and professional proficiency in English.
Figma, 3D, advanced retouching and specialist print-production knowledge are advantages, not requirements.
The position offers:
- An indefinite employment contract with a three-month paid probation.
- On-site work in Tirana. Remote and hybrid arrangements are unavailable.
- Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30, including a paid 30-minute lunch break.
- 22 working days of paid annual leave, plus applicable public holidays.
- Company-provided equipment, paid design software and AI subscriptions, and a training budget.
- Salary aligned with your experience and the responsibilities of the role. We will discuss your salary expectations and professional ambitions during the first interview.
