X-Identity authors architecture and makes the images that carry it.
There is a seat open for a Senior Artist / Designer in our Tirana studio.
Senior here means complete autonomy. Your work reaches the client without anyone reworking it. You review people working under your direction, you mentor one of them, and you set visual direction inside the brief.
We are not counting your years. Send the portfolio and the resume as one PDF. Resumes on their own will not be accepted.
What we are actually testing for:
· Whether you can say why an image is not working, not just that it is not. "The lighting doesn't separate foreground from background" beats "it doesn't feel right."
· Whether a scheme's intent survives three rounds of client changes with you holding it.
What you get that most studios do not offer:
· A written standard. Every quarter you will know what the next level requires and what is missing, in writing.
· Time to mentor and grow.
· A studio that turns down briefs.
· A studio building with AI, not hiding from it.
· A studio working with global clients in sports, retail, hospitality and entertainment.
