About the Role
AlbNova is looking for a
**freelance 3D Modeler**
to work with us on a
**project-by-project basis**
.
This is
**not a full-time employment position**
. We currently require 3D modeling support for a limited number of renovation projects, with the possibility of additional projects in the future depending on workload and performance.
The work will primarily involve creating accurate and visually clear 3D models of residential interiors, rooms, fixtures, furniture, and architectural elements for use in renovation planning, client presentations, and AlbNova's digital platform.
Responsibilities
- Create accurate 3D models of residential rooms and interior spaces.
- Translate floor plans, measurements, references, and design concepts into precise 3D models.
- Model architectural elements, fixtures, furniture, and renovation components.
- Apply realistic materials and textures based on provided specifications.
- Produce clean lighting and renders that clearly communicate the proposed design.
- Make revisions based on feedback from AlbNova's designers and project leads.
- Ensure models reflect realistic dimensions and practical construction constraints.
- Optimize models and scenes where required for use within AlbNova's digital platform.
Requirements
- Strong 3D modeling skills, particularly for interiors and architectural spaces.
- Proficiency in
**Blender or a comparable 3D software package**
.
- Experience with modeling, texturing, materials, lighting, and rendering.
- Ability to accurately interpret floor plans, measurements, technical drawings, and reference images.
- A portfolio demonstrating previous 3D modeling or architectural visualization work.
- Strong attention to dimensions, proportions, materials, and detail.
- Ability to work independently and deliver models within agreed deadlines.
- Ability to understand and follow a defined design brief.
Experience with architecture, interior design, renovation, visualization, or construction-related modeling is a strong advantage.
