We are looking for a skilled
**AI Engineer**
to join our team and contribute to the development, integration, and optimization of AI-powered solutions.
**Requirements**
- Strong experience with GenAI and LLMs, with practical experience developing and integrating LLM-powered applications and services
- Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Evaluate and configure AI models based on project and business requirements.
- Experience in professional software development
- Solid understanding and application of software engineering best practices
- Practical experience developing AI assistants and chatbots, particularly applications capable of providing context-aware responses
- Experience working with Azure DevOps and Microsoft Azure Cloud platform
- Experience working with AI and Generative AI solutions deployed in containerised environments such as Docker and Kubernetes would be a strong advantage.
- Background or strong interest in Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or NLP
- Hands-on experience with API management and development
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive mindset- taking initiative, showing ownership, and actively contributing beyond assigned tasks
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
