Full Stack Node.js Team Lead

**Matrix Eastern Europe, the offshore division of Matrix IT, one of the leading global R&D services companies with more than 11,000 professionals, is looking for a Full Stack Team Lead with Node.js and React to join one of our teams. Our client is a Global software company specializing in IT solutions for logistics, manufacturing, and sales.**

**Responsibilities :**

• Lead and manage the development team

• Perform PR reviews and code reviews

• Maintain development standards and architecture quality

• Support developers with design and troubleshooting

• Work closely with QA, DevOps, DBAs, and product teams

• Handle production issues and critical investigations

• Plan and track development tasks

• Mentor developers and improve team capabilities

**Requirements:**

• At least 5 years of hands-on development experience

• Strong full-stack development background

• Strong TypeScript experience

• Strong server-side development experience (Node.js / Express)

• Experience with React applications

• Experience working with complex enterprise systems

• Experience with BFF architecture and API integrations

• Experience with SQL Server and Oracle databases

• Good understanding of SQL, procedures, integrations, and performance

• Ability to work efficiently with AI tools

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools

• Understanding of AI-based productivity workflows

• Ability to integrate AI capabilities into development processes
