Jupiter BPO is looking for a creative, self-directed, and results-driven Marketing Executive to manage day-to-day social media marketing and brand growth for our UK-based property partner!

**Role Overview**
This role focuses on owning the full digital marketing output across company social channels and individual agent profiles. You will drive visibility and lead generation for the residential resale market while supporting new homes and land listings. You will also participate directly in live meetings to report on campaign performance and collaborate on strategy.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Social Media Management:**
Content planning, creation, scheduling, and community engagement across Instagram and Facebook.
- **Personal Branding:**
Manage and publish content for key individual agent LinkedIn accounts to build local market presence.
- **Campaign Execution:**
Build and execute targeted marketing plans featuring property spotlights, sales updates, market commentary, and client testimonials.
- **Live Client Collaboration:**
Join internal and partner meetings to provide marketing insights, campaign updates, and performance reports.
- **Analytics & Reporting:**
Track key performance metrics (engagement, reach, lead generation) and optimize content strategy accordingly.
- **Website & Asset Support:**
Coordinate website updates and support marketing initiatives for new listings as needed.
**Requirements**
- Excellent written and spoken English, with the confidence to communicate live in meetings.
- Proven background managing business social media accounts (real estate or agency experience preferred).
- Strong, professional written tone capable of writing in both a corporate and personal voice.
- Proficient with Meta Business Suite/scheduling tools and Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Excel).
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple channels independently.
