**Are you passionate about travel, people & creating unforgettable experiences?**

We’re looking for a proactive and organized person to join our team and become the link between our tour guides, operations team & travelers.

**What you’ll do:**

• Coordinate and select tour guides

• Organize and monitor daily tours

• Manage schedules, guides & operational details

• Communicate with guides, drivers & partners

• Solve problems quickly and keep tours running smoothly

**We’re looking for someone who is:**

• Organized & detail-oriented

• A great communicator

• Fluent in English

• Passionate about travel & tourism

• Comfortable multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment

• Familiar with Albania & the Balkans — a big plus!
