**Leasing Manager**
to drive leasing strategy, optimize tenant mix, and maximize rental revenue.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and footfall
- Negotiate long-term lease agreements with strong, well-known brands
- Optimize tenant mix and ensure alignment with each shopping center’s identity
- Conduct market research to identify new retail and service opportunities
- Manage leasing documentation and contracts in line with internal procedures
- Monitor tenant performance and proactively manage replacements when needed
- Collaborate closely with Management and Marketing teams to drive revenue growth
**Requirements**
- University degree in Law or Economics (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum
**5 years’ experience**
in leasing or a similar role
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Fluent in
**English**
(Italian or another EU language is an advantage)
- Results-driven, proactive, and commercially minded
