**Role Description**
We are looking for a Full-stack Developer for a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana. The Full-stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web and mobile applications, collaborating on both front-end and back-end development. This role involves working with teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality, writing efficient code, and troubleshooting any software-related issues. The developer will also contribute to creating scalable and optimized solutions while applying best practices in software development.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Front-End Development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong skills in Back-End Web Development using relevant programming languages and frameworks
- Experience with Full-Stack Development and familiarity with tools that support seamless integration
- Knowledge of core concepts in Software Development, including debugging, testing, and optimization
- Ability to work collaboratively within teams and across disciplines
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with cloud environments and modern tools is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
