Junior Account Manager

**Bulls Vision Group is looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Account Manager to join our growing affiliate marketing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to develop their career in affiliate marketing, build strong partnerships, and grow within a dynamic and international environment.**

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and develop strong relationships with existing affiliate partners.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates with a focus on performance, quality traffic, and ROI.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Support the planning and execution of affiliate promotions, campaigns, and commercial initiatives.
- Work closely with internal marketing and analytics teams to improve conversion, retention, and overall affiliate performance.
- Maintain regular communication with affiliate partners and ensure effective follow-up on ongoing opportunities and campaigns.
- Ensure affiliate activities comply with company brand guidelines and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements to increase profitability and overall results.
- Stay informed about affiliate marketing trends, competitor activity, and developments within the iGaming industry.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Good understanding of affiliate marketing, performance metrics, and ROI.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ambitious, proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn and develop.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Additional languages are considered an advantage.
