**Role Description**
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Tirana, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will strategize and execute marketing campaigns, manage sales processes, foster strong customer relationships, and deliver exceptional customer service. The individual will also conduct market research, coordinate with teams to enhance sales efforts, and provide staff training as needed to ensure consistent service delivery.
**Qualifications**
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrated experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to deliver training and support team development
