**Junior Video Creator**
to join us in Skopje (Full-Time / Part-Time).
Our agency delivers clean, high-impact, and authentic content for our clients. We need someone with a sharp eye for framing, motion, and pacing, and a strong willingness to learn and build a real career in professional production.
**Who we are looking for:**
- **High Visual Taste:**
You notice the small details in lighting, framing, and pacing before you even hit record.
- **Raw Execution:**
You prefer clean, visually balanced storytelling over over-edited trends or gimmicks.
- **Eager to Learn:**
You don't need to know everything from day one, but you must be highly coachable, open to direct feedback, and hungry to master the technical and creative sides of production.
- **Driven to Grow:**
You take ownership on set, don't wait to be micromanaged, and are obsessed with refining your editing and shooting techniques.
