**We’re Hiring: BHPH Loan Collections Specialist**
**📍 Skopje | Hybrid | Full-Time Freelance Position**
**🕒 American Hours and Weekends**
**💰 $1,600 Base Pay + Performance-Based Bonuses**
**We’re looking for a motivated, professional, and results-driven BHPH Account Manager / Collections Specialist**
to support a fast-paced U.S. automotive dealership.
This is a
**phone-heavy role working directly with American customers**
. Candidates must speak fluent, professional English that is clear and easily understood by U.S. customers.
You’ll manage a portfolio of customer accounts throughout the life of their vehicle loan. This includes collecting payments, resolving account issues, assisting customers experiencing financial difficulties, and protecting the dealership’s assets while maintaining professional customer relationships.
🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing a portfolio of Buy Here Pay Here customer accounts
- Contacting customers regarding current and past-due vehicle payments by phone, text, email, and other approved communication methods
- Processing payments and following up on declined or unsuccessful payment attempts
- Negotiating payment arrangements while maintaining professionalism, empathy, and control of the conversation
- Monitoring Promises to Pay and following up to ensure commitments are met
- Working with customers experiencing financial hardship to identify appropriate payment solutions
- Handling customer questions regarding payments, insurance, extensions, account updates, and general account support
- Reviewing account statuses and identifying accounts requiring immediate follow-up
- Documenting every customer interaction accurately and thoroughly in the dealership management system
- Skip tracing customers when contact information changes or communication is lost
- Coordinating with sales, finance, customer service, repossession vendors, impound lots, repair shops, and other third parties when necessary
- Following established collection policies, compliance requirements, and company procedures
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly collection and account-management goals
- Providing exceptional customer service while protecting company assets

- Speak fluent, professional English that is clear and easily understood by American customers
- Are confident handling back-to-back inbound and outbound customer calls
- Can communicate firmly without losing empathy or professionalism
- Are comfortable negotiating payments and handling difficult conversations
- Can remain calm and focused during conflict or high-pressure situations
- Are highly organized and accurate when documenting customer interactions
- Can manage multiple accounts, follow-ups, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Are dependable, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable being held accountable for results
- Have strong computer skills and can learn new dealership and communication systems quickly
- Have professional phone etiquette and strong problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience
- Customer service, collections, account management, call center, banking, lending, automotive finance, or retail experience
- First-party collections experience is strongly preferred
- Automotive finance or
