Join our team for a paid internship designed to help you grow your skills, gain hands-on experience, and work toward a full-time position in our dynamic, success-oriented environment.
This is a unique opportunity to enter the exciting and challenging worlds of digital marketing and the US trucking industry.
**IMPORTANT:**
We look at this 3-month window as a mutual trial phase for a long-term career. We invest heavily in your training and integration because we want you here for the long haul. If we are a great fit for each other, our goal is to transition you into a full-time role where the team, the company, and you can continue to thrive and scale together.
**Our Non-Negotiables**
**To succeed in this role, you must have:**
- Integrity
- Above-average verbal and written English skills
- Strong tech skills
- An eagerness to learn and develop new skills
- The ability to work on-site in our offices in Karposh, Skopje
- Flexibility to work on Macedonian holidays, as you’ll enjoy American holidays off
- Willingness to work from 2 PM to 10 PM (flexible start between 1 PM and 3 PM)
Our goal is to gain a full-time colleague after the internship ends, and start a fruitful relationship for everyone included in this journey.
**Anything beyond this point is a plus, but not necessary.**
**The Ideal Candidate**
**You’ll stand out if you:**
- Have little to no experience in digital marketing but are ready to dive in
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive mindset
- Are a great communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Have some basic knowledge of Canva
- Are really familiar with Excel and Google Sheets
- Have above-average logical reasoning skills
