**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tirana for a Salesperson. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and engaging with prospective clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting company products and services. Daily tasks will include preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**
- Sales and Negotiation skills, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong Customer Relationship Management abilities, including understanding customer needs and delivering solutions
- Effective Communication and Presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Basic Technical Proficiency to quickly learn and understand the company's product offerings
- Problem-solving and Time Management skills to manage client interactions and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Experience in similar roles or familiarity with the manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
