Carrier Sales Support

Premium Service Inc. is hiring a Carrier Sales Support representative for our sales team.

In this role, you’ll help our US-based brokerage find, vet, and book qualified carriers. You’ll post loads, source capacity by phone and email, collect rate quotes, onboard carriers through Highway, and keep data accurate in Rose Rocket.

What you bring

• 1+ year in logistics, freight brokerage, dispatch, or a call center

• Strong spoken and written English

• Basic understanding of US trucking: equipment types, MC/DOT numbers, load boards

• Bonus: experience with DAT, Truckstop, Highway, or a TMS
