**Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate and monitor truck loads
- Communicate with drivers and customers
- Track shipments and update records
- Help resolve operational issues
- Ensure compliance with company and DOT regulations
**Requirements:**
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
