**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Web Developer, based in Tirana, Albania. The Web Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining websites, landing pages, and other digital assets using front-end and back-end technologies. The role involves building fully responsive designs, optimizing website performance, and collaborating with the team to ensure seamless integration with conversion tools, tracking systems, and marketing objectives. The Web Developer will also engage in troubleshooting, testing, and delivering custom solutions tailored to client needs.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Front-End Development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks
- Experience in Back-End Web Development, including server-side programming and database management
- Strong skills in Web Development and Web Design with a focus on creating user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing interfaces
- Solid understanding of Programming methodologies and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with performance optimization and SEO best practices is a plus
- Working knowledge of integration with tracking tools such as Meta Pixel and Conversion APIs
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
