**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site Truck Dispatch role based in Skopje. The Truck Dispatcher will coordinate and schedule freight deliveries, communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and vendors, and monitor shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery. The role also includes addressing delivery issues, optimizing routes, managing logistics, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with drivers, customers, and team members
- Knowledge of logistics, route planning, and freight dispatch operations
- Proficiency in using transportation management systems and relevant software
- Problem-solving ability to address and resolve delivery issues efficiently
- Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Skopje
