**We’re Hiring: BHPH Account Manager / Customer Service**

**Skopje | Hybrid | Fast-paced BHPH dealership**
**💰 $1,400 - $1,600 Base Pay + Bonus**
⚠️ This is a phone-heavy role with American customers. Clear, fluent spoken English with a neutral or near-native American accent is required.
Candidates with strong/heavy accents or difficult-to-understand spoken English will not be considered.
We’re looking for someone who knows how to build relationships, solve problems, and handle customers with confidence and professionalism.
At our Buy Here Pay Here dealership, customers don’t just make payments — they rely on us throughout the life of their loan. We need someone who can manage accounts, communicate clearly, and handle both routine and difficult situations with empathy and control.
**🎯 What You'll Actually Be Doing:**
- Managing a portfolio of customer accounts
- Calling, texting, and emailing customers regarding payments, account updates, insurance, extensions, and general support
- Working with customers to resolve payment issues and maintain positive relationships
- Handling difficult conversations professionally while staying calm under pressure
- Reviewing account statuses and documenting all communication accurately
- Coordinating with sales, finance, and collections teams when needed
- Following company policies and compliance procedures

- Speak fluent, professional English with a clear Americanized accent
- Are confident handling back-to-back customer phone calls
- Can communicate naturally and professionally with U.S. customers
- Can handle pressure, conflict, and fast-paced environments professionally
- Know how to communicate firmly without losing empathy
- Are organized, reliable, and tech-savvy
- Have experience in customer service, collections, call centers, account management, or retail
