**Open Position :**
*Real Estate Agent*
**Key Responsibilities**
- Promote and sell the company’s real estate projects, and commercial spaces
- Meet prospective clients and understand their property needs and budget
- Conduct property tours and project presentations
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and financing options
- Maintain communication with clients from inquiry to contract signing
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and construction teams regarding client requirements and project updates
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and advertisements
- Maintain customer databases and sales records
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Monitor local real estate market trends and competitor projects
**Required Skills**
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of real estate sales and construction projects
- Ability to build client relationships and trust
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Presentation and marketing skills
**Work Environment**
- Office-based with frequent visits to construction sites
- Fast-paced, target-driven environment
**Compensation**
- Base salary plus sales commission
- Performance bonuses and incentives may apply
