**Role Description**
The Quality Manager for Solar PV EPC Projects will oversee the quality management system for solar PV engineering, procurement, and construction projects. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with industry standards, managing quality assurance and quality control processes, conducting site inspections, preparing detailed quality reports, and implementing continuous improvement measures. Collaboration with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to identify risks and opportunities for improvement is essential. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi.
**Qualifications**
- Experience with quality assurance, quality control, and development of quality management systems tailored to large-scale EPC solar PV projects.
- Strong understanding of industry standards, guidelines, and regulations related to solar PV projects.
- Proficiency in conducting site inspections, quality audits, and generating detailed technical quality reports.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with diverse project teams and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to identify risks and propose strategies to mitigate and address these risks effectively.
- Experience in continuous improvement practices and driving quality enhancements in projects.
- Proficiency in quality control software, tools, or reporting platforms is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field required; relevant certifications (e.g., QMS Lead Auditor, Six Sigma) are a plus.
- Experience within the solar PV or renewable energy sector is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi full-time, with a commitment to meeting project deadlines and quality objectives.
