**The Role**

You will work directly with the founders to build, optimize, and scale our core infrastructure. Your job is to make things happen using whatever tools are best for the task, with a heavy emphasis on leveraging AI to code, automate, and build workflows.
**What You’ll Actually Be Doing:**
Because we are a lean startup, your day-to-day will be highly varied. You’ll be wearing multiple hats, including:
- **AI-Assisted Development:**
Using LLMs and modern AI coding tools to write scripts, build tools, and spin up projects fast.
- **Custom Outbound Workflows:**
Designing and maintaining complex automation pipelines (e.g., APIs, webhooks, automation platforms).
- **Web Scraping & Data Mining:**
Finding creative ways to extract hard-to-get data from across the web.
- **List Building & Segmentation:**
Crafting highly targeted, ultra-clean lead lists for outbound campaigns.
- **Growth Strategy:**
Brainstorming and executing new technical angles to improve campaign performance.
**Who You Are:**

You know how to prompt LLMs to write clean code, troubleshoot errors, and build things that would normally take a team of three developers.
- **Ruthlessly Resourceful:**
When you don’t know how to do something, your first instinct is to figure it out—not ask for permission.
