Jupiter BPO is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist with hands-on experience using HubSpot to join our team!

NOTE: This position starts as a
**seasonal role for the summer**
, with the strong potential to transition into a long-term engagement based on your performance, dedication, and quality of work.

**Role Overview**

This role focuses on driving growth within the furniture and retail sectors by engaging with retailers, distributors, and direct customers. You will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle from initial engagement to order processing and fulfillment, utilizing HubSpot as your primary tool for CRM and order management.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Engage professionally with furniture retailers, distributors, and customers to support the sales process.
- Process and manage customer orders efficiently and accurately using
**HubSpot**
.
- Prepare, calculate, and raise detailed sales quotes for prospective clients.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on open quotes and guide orders through the pipeline.
- Handle inbound customer calls regarding stock availability, order modifications, and delivery updates.
- Maintain meticulous, up-to-date records of stock levels and customer communications within the CRM.
- Collaborate closely with internal logistics and account teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

**Requirements**

- Proven experience in furniture sales or a closely related retail sector.
- Hands-on experience using HubSpot for processing orders and managing the sales pipeline.
- Ability to maintain accurate records of stock levels and detailed customer communications.
- A proactive approach to driving revenue and identifying new business opportunities.
- Excellent skills in establishing and maintaining long-term partnerships with distributors and retailers.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities to ensure client satisfaction.
