We are seeking a
**System Administrator**
with strong expertise in Microsoft environments and virtualization technologies. The selected professional will be responsible for managing Windows-based infrastructures, ensuring system reliability, and supporting enterprise services including Active Directory and Exchange environments.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and administer Windows Virtual Machines in enterprise environments.
- Operate and maintain VMware vSphere infrastructure.
- Administer Microsoft Exchange Server, ensuring availability and performance of messaging services.
- Manage and maintain Microsoft Active Directory (AD) environments.
- Support and configure Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS).
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to ensure high availability.
- Execute change activities in line with internal change management processes.
- Ensure the reliability and performance of IT infrastructure and core services.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to support troubleshooting and system evolution.
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
- Provide availability for on-call service to support operational continuity.

- Fluency in English and Italian (mandatory for client communication).
