**About the role**
**We are looking for four Reservation Agents to join our team in Tirana. In this office-based role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, handling reservations and ensuring a smooth booking experience from inquiry to confirmation. You will work closely with our front office and operations team to deliver the high level of service our guests expect.**
**Key responsibilities**
- Manage reservation follow-ups, including confirmations and modifications, accurately and promptly.
- Handle incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, providing information about availability, rates, and services.
- Process new bookings, cancellations, and changes in the reservation system, ensuring data accuracy.
- Communicate with guests in both English and Italian, in writing and over the phone.
- Coordinate with the front office and other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled.
- Maintain organized records of guest interactions and reservation history.
- Identify opportunities to upsell rooms or services where appropriate.
**Requirements**
- At least 1 year of experience in a front office or guest-facing role (reception, front desk, customer service).
- Professional-level English and Italian — both written and spoken — to communicate confidently with international clients.
- Previous experience in reservations or bookings is a strong plus; candidates who have completed an internship in this area are also welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Comfortable working with reservation systems, email, and standard office software.
- Availability to work on-site in Tirana, 40 hours per week.
