**About Sequence Minds:**

We're a small, signal-driven outbound team that builds sales pipelines for B2B companies. We do the prospecting, outreach, and pipeline generation so our clients don't have to. Every campaign we run is built around real buying signals - not guesswork, not volume games.

**About the Role:**

You'll own the outbound motion end to end - research, outreach, follow-up, pipeline. Dedicated accounts, clear focus, real accountability.

If you're the type who likes to know exactly what's expected, track your own numbers, and actually see the impact of your work - this is built for you.

**Day to day:**

- 60-80 cold calls per day
- Email and LinkedIn outreach - personalized, not copy-paste
- Building and managing your prospect list inside HubSpot
- Weekly syncs with our team to sharpen targeting and messaging
- Tracking your activity and pipeline religiously

**What we're measuring:**

- 5-10 qualified meetings booked per month
- 70%+ show rate on meetings you book
- Clean CRM - no excuses

**What we need from you:**

- Actual SDR or outbound sales experience - not just theory
- Native or near-native English
- HubSpot experience (ZoomInfo is a bonus)
- B2B background, manufacturing is a plus but not a dealbreaker
- You manage yourself - we're not babysitting

**What you get:**

- $800-$1,200/month base depending on experience
- Bonus per qualified meeting that shows up
- OTE $2,000+/month if you're hitting your numbers
- Mon-Fri, 8AM-5PM CST - fully remote
