**What You’ll Do:**
- Managing the complete sales and business development process – from prospecting to closing deals
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential B2B clients
- Understanding client needs related to office spaces, functionality and workplace solutions
- Presenting tailored office and interior solutions based on client requirements
- Leading meetings, negotiations and proposal preparation independently
- Collaborating closely with design and project teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Identifying market opportunities and contributing to sales growth strategies
**What We’re Looking For:**
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
- Experience within real estate, architecture, interior design or related industries
- Confident in managing the entire sales cycle independently
- Possesses strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Proactive, organized and client-oriented
- Someone who enjoys dynamic environments and relationship-driven sales
**Must have:**
- Native or bilingual Macedonian language
- English language proficiency – minimum B2 level
- Valid driving license – category B
**Nice to have:**
- Experience in project coordination or project management
- Experience working with architectural, design or real estate clients
