Lango is growing! We are seeking a
**Proposal Specialist**
to join our Revenue team in Albania, reporting to our VP of Proposal, Strategy, and Management in the United States.
This position will support Lango's business development efforts and play a critical role in the Request For Proposal (RFP) workflow. The RFP Specialist works to build and expand Lango’s customer base and is responsible for maintaining a comprehensive, up-to-date content library/database for the resources to respond to Requests for Proposal (RFP) timely and in a well-structured manner.
**Job responsibilities:**
- Meet RFP deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, and approval; entering and monitoring tracking data; coordinating requirements with contributors; contributing proposal status information to review meeting; transmitting proposals
- Comply with department and project processes and identify innovative ways for improving efficiency of proposal process
- Develop complete knowledge of Lango, its services, and the language industry
- Enhance RFP and proposal response process to improve win-rate
- Support all Business Development’s efforts
- Work with high attention to detail and a critical degree of accuracy regarding data entry and analysis.
**Job requirements:**
- Ability to prioritize work and perform multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent technical skills required to complete sophisticated forms and online submissions (i.e., Microsoft Office, Adobe, etc.)
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to learn new software programs quickly and efficiently
- Proficiency in professional English with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience with automated RFP processes and tools preferred
- University or college degree preferred
