Fleet Maintenance Coordinator (US Shift)

Premium Service Inc. is seeking a Operations Maintenance Specialist to support fleet maintenance and operational activities for US-based trucking companies.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, working in a fast-paced environment, and coordinating with drivers, vendors, and repair facilities to ensure efficient fleet operations and exceptional service.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Monitoring vehicle maintenance statuses and handling after-hours service requests
- Coordinating emergency repairs and roadside assistance when needed
- Communicating with drivers, vendors, and service shops
- Verifying driver hours and vehicle mileage to plan maintenance without affecting delivery timelines
- Prioritize urgent issues and respond efficiently to operational needs
- Updating internal systems and spreadsheets with real-time maintenance and fleet datа
- Ensuring all maintenance policies and procedures are followed during night operation
- Providing updates on ETAs and driver/fleet availability
- Assisting in dispatch operations if required

**Qualifications Required:**

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- High attention to detail

**Preferred:**

- Experience in dispatch, maintenance coordination, facilities management, customer support, or operations
- Experience working with CRM systems or service management platforms
- Previous experience supporting US-based customers
