**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for an
**Administrative Assistant**
located in Tirana. The Administrative Assistant will handle various day-to-day tasks including managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and supporting executive staff with administrative duties.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Welcoming visitors to the office.
- Scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Organizing meetings and managing databases booking transport and accommodation.
- Dealing with different administrative support tasks.
- Perform receptionist duties when needed.
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.

**Qualifications**

- Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office .
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
