EmbedSocial is hiring an experienced Inbound Sales and GTM Representative to help convert high-intent leads into happy customers across our UGC, Reviews, and Social Proof products.
If you’re fast on follow-up, confident in demos, and know how to turn inbound interest into revenue, we’d love to meet you.
You’ll work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to help brands understand how EmbedSocial can improve their online presence, social proof, and conversions.

**What you’ll be doing**
\* Respond quickly to inbound leads from trials, demos, and website inquiries
\* Qualify prospects and understand their business goals and use cases
\* Run product demos and communicate value clearly
\* Manage follow-ups consistently and keep opportunities moving forward
\* Maintain a clean and organized pipeline
\* Collaborate with Customer Success on onboarding and expansion opportunities
\* Share customer insights and feedback with the product team
\* Help improve sales processes, scripts, and conversion rates
\* Up-sale and cross-sale with existing users
**What we’re looking for**
\* 3+ years of SaaS sales experience (inbound or account executive roles preferred)
\* Strong communication and presentation skills
\* Experience running demos and handling objections confidently
\* High urgency when responding to inbound opportunities
\* Ability to think like a GTM engineer — combining sales, automation, tooling, customer insights, and process optimization to improve conversion and revenue growth
\* Familiarity with sales automation tools, CRM workflows, AI tools, or lead enrichment platforms
\* Analytical mindset with the ability to identify bottlenecks and improve inbound sales performance through experimentation and data-driven decision
\* Fluent English (written and spoken), other languages are plus
**Bonus points if you have**
\* Experience selling marketing, social media, eCommerce, or UGC tools
\* Understanding of UGC, social commerce, or online reviews
\* Experience working with Enterprise users
\* Passion for creator economy, social proof, and digital marketing
