We are currently looking for a
full-time Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, motivated, and looking to build a career in administration and operations support.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the accounting department.
- Maintain and organize records, files, and documentation.
- Assist with data entry and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and internal documents as needed.
- Respond to emails and assist with correspondence.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily operations.
**Requirements:**
- Previous administrative or office support experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, especially
Google Workspace
(Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
