**Role Description**
We are seeking a Head of Business Development for a full-time, on-site role at our headquarters in Skopje. The selected candidate will lead strategic initiatives to identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing client relationships. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive business plans, analyzing market trends, negotiating contracts, managing key accounts, driving sales performance, and identifying growth areas for the company. The Head of Business Development will collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve business objectives and ensure sustained company growth.
**Qualifications**
- Excellent skills in Business Planning and Business Development, including setting goals and crafting strategies.
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and develop data-driven recommendations.
- Proven experience in Sales and Account Management to drive revenue growth and build long-term client relationships.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management experience in business development initiatives.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness and ability to work full-time from the company’s Skopje location.
