**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Operations Manager, located in Tirana. The Quality Operations Manager will oversee daily quality operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards and protocols. The role will also involve identifying areas for process improvement and coordinating activities to enhance operational efficiency.
• Responsible for planning, introducing and implementing the Quality strategy, Quality targets and Quality plans in the plant .
• Responsibility for product and process quality in the plant's production function with the aim of improving quality capability and quality performance (KPI management)
• Technical and direct management of the plant's quality engineers
• Responsible for problem-solving management in the plant
• Management of critical and important customer issues in a quality context
• Responsible for ensuring customer communication on quality issues
• Makes sure all corrective measures are addressed, implemented and effective from internal and external audits
Requirements :
• Customer specific requirements
• IATF 16949 basic
• Change management basic
• Knowledge of Core tools
• Requalification audit basic
• Document management
• Engineering diploma, advantage electrical/electronic engineering education
• Min 5 years’ experience in quality department (from which 1 at least as Manager)
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, VDA 6.3 standards
• Very good communication skills
