This is a full-time role for a Social Media Content Creator based in Tirana, Albania. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for strategizing, shooting, and editing engaging content across various social media platforms. Additional day-to-day responsibilities include creating and managing content calendars, analyzing performance metrics, conducting audience research, staying updated on social media trends, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Strategy
- Strong skills in CapCut video editing
- Experience with Content Planning, Campaign Management, and Scheduling tools
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of the latest social media trends and platform algorithms
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Previous experience in digital marketing or social media management is an advantage
- Creative mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
