About Revido
We build real software for founders and companies in the US, UK, Netherlands, Australia, and UAE. Stack: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Supabase, Claude Code daily. We're growing our Tirana office and you'd be one of the early developers in this hub.
What you'll actually do
Build features and ship them. You'll work from scoped milestones with modules and features already defined — your job is to break those features into tasks, build them well, and keep the task list updated as you go.
You'll join occasional client calls when there's a technical conversation that needs you, but you're not running discovery, scoping projects, or managing client relationships. That's what our product builders and project managers do. You're paired with them and you focus on shipping.
Who this is for
- You've been writing real code for years — not just learning it — and you can point to things you've shipped that work in production
- You direct AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor — pick your weapon) confidently and ship faster with them than without
- You write clear async updates without being asked. If the only way your team knows what you're working on is by pinging you, this isn't the role. We work across timezones; the trail you leave behind matters as much as the code
- You're technically dangerous on the full stack — Next.js / React / TypeScript on the frontend, Supabase or similar on the backend
Years of experience matter less than: shipping instinct + AI fluency + clear written communication. A 4-year dev with those wired beats a 10-year dev who doesn't.
Who this is not for
- Developers who need detailed specs and refuse to fill in gaps
- Specialists who only do frontend or only do backend
- Anyone who treats AI tools as a novelty or a threat
- People who go quiet for two days and then surface with "almost done"
Compensation & contractor status
Independent contractor engagement. Revido LLC is a US (Wyoming) company; you'll be paid via Deel directly into your local bank account (including Albanian accounts). Deel handles contracts and payments — no wire fees, no FX gymnastics.
You're responsible for your own taxes and any social security contributions in your country. No employer-paid benefits. The quoted comp is gross. Compensation is disclosed during the intro call, but it can range based on experience and expected output.
Where you'll work
In-person at our Tirana office, default. 1–2 days/week remote flexibility. We're also open to fully-remote candidates in a compatible timezone — but in-person is preferred and gets priority.
