Most agencies split this into two roles. We don't. The people who talk to clients are the same people who ship the product, and that's the entire reason we move fast.
**About Revido**
We're a 13-person product studio building real software for founders and companies in the US, UK, Netherlands, Australia, and UAE. Stack: Next.js, React, Supabase, Claude Code. You'd be our 3rd hire in our growing Tirana office.
**The role**
Own client projects end-to-end: discovery, scoping, building, shipping. Run 2–3 active projects at a time. Supported by QA, product leads, and tech leads — but the outcome is yours.
**Who this is for**
- You've shipped real things end-to-end and your name is on them
- You use AI coding tools as a primary collaborator, not a novelty
- You can hold a Zoom with a non-technical client without freezing or over-promising
- Your written and spoken English is clear and confident
**Who this is not for**
- People who need detailed specs to start
- Specialists who only do frontend or only do backend
- Order-takers who want to be told what to build
**Compensation & logistics**
- Independent contractor engagement (Revido LLC, US Wyoming), paid via Deel directly to your local bank account
- You handle your own taxes and any local social contributions — no employer benefits
- Compensation disclosed during the intro call; realistic monthly target reached within 3–6 months
- We sometimes partner with clients on cash-plus-equity deals — when you're the builder, you share in that equity
**Location**
In-person at our Tirana office, default. 1–2 days/week remote flexibility. Open to fully remote in a compatible timezone, but in-person is preferred and gets priority.
