The
**Junior Business Development Representative**
is responsible for driving growth by identifying and recruiting new affiliates into the network. The role focuses on prospecting, reaching out to potential affiliates, and generating interest in joining us.
Once a lead is generated, the BDR hands it over to the Affiliate Managers for onboarding and long-term relationship building.
****Key Responsibilities:****
- Research and identify potential affiliates through industry platforms, databases, and communities.
- Conduct targeted outreach via email, LinkedIn, calls, and networking events.
- Pitch the benefits of joining the affiliate program and generate interest.
- Qualify affiliates to ensure relevance, compliance, and traffic potential.
- Transfer warm leads to Affiliate Managers for onboarding and ongoing management.
- Keep detailed records of outreach activities and results
****Requirements:****
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a persuasive approach.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with high-volume outreach.
- Ability to research and identify new opportunities in affiliate communities and platforms.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
