We’re looking for a detail-oriented Tech Pack Designer to join our dynamic design team. The role involves creating detailed tech packs and production-ready files, preparing product and packaging artwork, and managing product data throughout the full product lifecycle. **Duties and Responsibilities**
- Create consumer goods tech packs for production.
- Prepare product and packaging artwork tech packs according to private brand and licensed guidelines
- Maintain tech packs as part of product lifecycle including any required revisions.
- Assist in designing seasonal assets.
- Accurately upload information from various sources onto the company's platform.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of the uploaded information.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies.
- Communicate clearly, with attention to detail during all the stages of work.
- Manage time and multitask to meet deadlines.
- Have a positive attitude and be able to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Assisting senior toy & collectibles designers with day-to-day tasks.
- Drawing skills are essential - must be able to create turnaround drawings of product.
- Will be creating and editing tech packs for licensor review and factory use.
- Edit/revise designs based off Licensor feedback.
- Creating style numbers and uploading information to our database.
**Required Skills**
- Ability to create tech packs with a strong understanding of the printing process on products.
- Proven experience with consumer goods tech packs.
- Prior experience with licensed brands and licensed products.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative and team-oriented approach.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- A degree or an equivalent training in Graphic Design, or/and other relevant fields would be a plus.
