We are looking for a hybrid IT SOX Specialist in Tirana for our partner company.

**What you will do:**

- Monitoring, reporting and assessing SOX compliance across key IT Genera
- Controls (ITGC), including Change & Access Management as an external consultant for Flutter SEA
- Analyze Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts and coordinate with system owners to mitigate risks and strengthen control design.
- Collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure compliance, enhance control effectiveness and preparing detailed reports on compliance and monitoring activities

**✅ Essential requirements (Must-Have)**

- Accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when analysing data (logs, Excel, PDFs)
- Analytical skills, even when performing repetitive tasks
- Curiosity and a desire for continuous learning

**Nice to have:**

- Previous experience or basic knowledge of ServiceNow or Sailpoint
- Minimum work experience in IT or compliance (optional but desirable)
