**Your Role: Asset Operations Specialist****
As an Asset Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our solar assets. You will review, assess, and improve processes to maintain the highest standards across our operations.
**Your Responsibilities Include**
- Reviewing data related to asset refinancing
- Conducting remote technical quality assessments of PV systems using installation protocols
- Comparing customer documentation to ensure compliance requirements are met
- Ensuring all work meets defined quality standards and criteria
- Maintaining and improving quality benchmarks for PV systems
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes
- Documenting and tracking quality checks and findings
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency
**🎓
**What You Bring****
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard software tools
- Strong attention to detail and interest in technical work
- A proactive mindset with willingness to learn and adapt
- No prior experience required – full training will be provided
